My fitness journey started when I was extremely underweight and had very little muscle. Realising I needed to make a change, I dedicated countless hours to training and learning how the body works. Through this commitment, I've gained 25kg of muscle so far, which has transformed not just my body, but my entire life. This journey has given me the confidence to explore new opportunities, including moving from the UK to Australia. Now, my goal is to help others achieve their own transformations and live healthier, more confident lives without spending countless hours trying to figure it out on their own.
