Leveraging an internship with Queensland Cricket and experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach at Lions FC, he seamlessly integrates insights from elite sports with practical systems to empower everyday athletes to train diligently and live intelligently.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III Fitness Instructor 

  • Certificate IV Personal Trainer  

  • Australian Strength & Conditioning Level 1 (ASCA 1)
