Having worked in the AFL industry as a sports trainer, Allanah has the experience and knowledge to help clients through rehab, overcome injuries and build strength so they can perform at their best. While she is known to have a hard style of training, she has the ability to adapt her style to suit clients’ individual needs and ensures they receive the best personalised training possible.
