As a valued member of the Goodlife Community, we appreciate your continued support throughout this challenging time. We know it’s been such a tough time for many people, and we understand that not only is exercise important for your physical health, but your mental health too. So, whilst we aren’t able to operate our indoor facilities during this stage, we still want to provide options for you to stay fit.
As of Saturday 26th September, we will be offering outdoor group training for groups of 10 in our carpark. These sessions will be a mix of HIIT classes including body weight and equipment options. Your membership will remain on suspension for FREE and you will be able to book your workouts online for just $3 per session.
100% Revenue will be donated to Beyond Blue
We understand many Australian’s are doing it tough at the moment, and therefore we will be donating all funds raised to Beyond Blue to support those affected by anxiety, depression or suicide.

Exercises will be programmed to ensure they are safe on hard surfaces. If we encounter wet weather - unfortunately sessions won’t be able to go ahead. We will notify members here and give you a buzz to re-book your session.
