A high-intensity session that focuses on strength and conditioning. Short, intense bursts of cardio or strength-based movements with kettlebells, free weights, dumbbells, TRX or other equipment. Scaled to be suitable and challenging for all fitness levels to get you fit fast and training like an athlete! Sessions are run in the Functional Zone.
