About the class

The intensity of this workout will be greater than that of our standard Reformer classes as the pace and flow of the exercises are strategically designed at a more dynamic pace to maximise muscle conditioning and lengthening. It is advised that you attend at least 10 of our standard classes before attending this class. *Please note: bookings are required to attend all of our Reformer Pilates classes
