Arena's 8 Week Boot Camp is a structured timeline of Arena Fitness classes to help you achieve fantastic fitness outcomes.
The 8 Week Boot Camp will feature a range of HIIT classes combining HIIT, functional, boxing and mixed martial arts, programmed to push your limits and maximise the gains you'll experience over 8 weeks. If you're not a current Arena Fitness member, grab a free trial to experience the classes first hand. If you are a current member, book yourself onto the next class to feel what Arena classes are all about!
Arena Fitness High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts involve bodyweight exercises; explosive movements like jumps, sprawls and burpees; as well as making use of equipment like TRX straps, boxing bags, grapple dummies, dumbbells, bands, plyo boxes, sandbags, bosu balls, weights, floor to ceiling ball, smart bars, and agility ladders. Every class is designed and sequenced with periods of exercise and breaks to work out your entire body for maximum results. You can go through the workouts with a partner, or solo. Many of our classes feature group exercise elements.
Burn up to 800 calories in one 45 minute class.
All classes are 100% coach-led with a blend of HIIT, functional, and boxing training.
